What you need to know as an order manager at the CHEMPARK

Register before

The easiest way to do this is to pre-register the driver by e-mail to the plant security. Simply fill out the check-in form completely and sign it. When the driver arrives at the gate, you do not have to worry about anything.

When is a permit necessary?

If the driver is to take company property belonging to a company based in the CHEMPARK out of the CHEMPARK, an authorized employee of the company in the CHEMPARK must issue a permit for presentation at the gate.

When is a tool registration certificate necessary?

If the driver wants to import and export his own company property with a value of goods over 500,- €, the driver needs a tool registration certificate. At the gate, you will receive a security seal for each device that must be affixed to the device or part. So that the proof of ownership for import and export clear. If possible, please send us the tool registration form with the check-in form, so the processing at the gate is faster.

This is what you need to know as a driver/delivery person:

Sie brauchen zwingend ein amtliches Ausweisdokument und ggf. einen Aufenthaltstitel plus Arbeitsgenehmigung.

Als amtliches Ausweisdokument dürfen wir akzeptieren

  • Bei deutscher Staatsangehörigkeit: einen gültigen Personalausweis/amtlichen Personalausweisersatz oder einen gültigen Reisepass/amtlichen Reisepassersatz
  • Bei Staatsangehörigkeit eines Schengen-Vollanwenderstaats: einen gültigen, amtlich anerkannten nationalen Ausweis entsprechend dem deutschen Personalausweis oder einen gültigen, amtlich anerkannten Pass/Passersatz entsprechend dem deutschen Reisepass
  • Bei Staatsangehörigkeit eines anderen Staats: einen gültigen, amtlich anerkannten Pass/Passersatz entsprechend dem deutschen Reisepass.
  • Achtung: Die im Ausweisdokument enthaltenen Personenangaben dürfen nicht auf eigenen Angaben des Ausweisinhabers beruhen.
  • Andere Dokumente, wie z.B. einen Führerschein, dürfen wir leider nicht akzeptieren.

Wann ist ein Werkzeuganmeldeschein nötig?

Sofern Sie eigenes Betriebseigentum mit einem Warenwert über 500,- € in den CHEMPARK ein- und ausführen wollen benötigen Sie einen Werkzeuganmeldeschein. Am Tor erhalten Sie für jedes Gerät ein Sicherheitssiegel, dass auf das Geräte oder Teil aufgeklebt werden muss. Damit der Eigentumsnachweis für die Ein- und Ausfuhr klar. Bitte senden Sie uns den Werkzeuganmeldeschein möglichst mit dem Checkin-Formular zu, so geht die Abwicklung an der Torstelle schneller.

Requirements for successful delivery/collection at the CHEMPARK

Order manager of the plant at the CHEMPARK

  • Mandatory
  • Without advance notice: The order supervisor can be reached by phone and can confirm the expected delivery/collection to plant security when the driver arrives at the gate location.
  • With advance notification: The person responsible for the order emails the check-in form, which he or she has signed and completed in full, to Plant Security in advance.
  • For company property that the driver is to take out of the CHEMPARK, an authorized employee of the company at the CHEMPARK will issue a pass for presentation at the gate.
  • Recommended
  • Schedule delivery/collection outside peak hours
  • Assist vendor with filling out/completing the check-in form.
  • Advance notice to plant security 1-3 days prior to delivery/collection via email.

Drivers / suppliers (external company or their subcontractors)

  • Mandatory
  • The driver can show an official identification document and, if necessary, a residence permit plus work permit.
  • The driver knows who the person responsible for the order is at the CHEMPARK.
  • The driver provides information about his employer (either the directly contracted contractor or its subcontractor).
  • The driver knows what to deliver or pick up.
  • Drivers do not take any tools, materials or IT equipment into the CHEMPARK without declaring them on the check-in form before entering.
  • The check-in form is completed in full.
  • The driver understands the safety instruction and accepts the safety and regulatory regulations at the CHEMPARK.
  • The driver does not take anything out of the CHEMPARK that he has not previously registered or for which he has a permit from the company.

  • Do not drive up to the barrier. Park in front of the gate building and walk in.
  • Take the necessary documents with you.
  • Register tools, IT equipment or material that you absolutely have to take to the CHEMPARK.

  • Drive directly to your destination at the CHEMPARK.
  • Complete your order.
  • Then proceed directly back to the gate for check-out.
  • Return your day pass and expect to be checked upon exit.

Das dürfen Sie nicht

Werkzeug, Material oder IT-Equipment mit in den CHEMPARK hineinzunehmen, ohne es vor der Einfahrt per Beiblatt zum Check-in-Formular anzumelden.
Werkzeug, Material oder IT-Equipment aus dem CHEMPARK mit herausnehmen, für das Sie keinen Betriebsdurchlassschein haben oder das Sie nicht zuvor angemeldet haben.
Mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug in den CHEMPARK fahren, wenn dies zum Transport des benötigten Werkzeugs oder Materials nicht erfoderlich ist.

But:

Upon the driver's arrival at the gate, the check-in form must be filled out completely and correctly. Anything that has not been filled out in advance must be done by the driver on site. In case of false or incomplete information, admission will not be possible.

Also consider:

When the driver arrives at the gate, a security guard will call you. You must then be available to confirm the expected delivery/collection as the person responsible for the order. Otherwise, admission is not possible.
