Bicycle service
Both Tectrion and LANXESS offer bicycle services for their contractual partners at the CHEMPARK sites in Leverkusen and Dormagen, including purchase, inspection, repair and inventory maintenance.
In Krefeld-Uerdingen, Eingliederungswerkstatt (integration workshop) operates the bicycle service.

Bicycle service from LANXESS
At its sites in Leverkusen and Dormagen, LANXESS offers its contractual partners all repair services related to the wheel. The factory bicycles are repaired when necessary and inspected at least every two years. (Bicycle MOT).
Leverkusen:
The LANXESS bicycle workshop is located in the building P 21. The drop-off point for the factory bicycles is located on the north side, Gate 175N.

Repair procedure
- The client agrees on a deadline by telephone or via e-mail
- The bike will be brought by the client to either P 21 North Side, Gate 164 (LEV) or C 581 West Side, Gate 469 (DOR) - Pick-up and drop-off time daily 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- The written assignment and handing over of the key takes place in the bicycle workshop P21 (LEV) or collection point C581 (DOR).
- After approx. 5 working days (LEV) or 7 working days (DOR), the return takes place at the same place.
- Rental bikes will be provided if needed (consider when making an appointment).
