What is the purpose of company registration and the agreement?
Your company wishes to carry out a contract on the CHEMPARK site. To do so, your company’s employees must enter the secure core area – the fenced-off site – of CHEMPARK. Access is strictly regulated. In order for your company to carry out a contract on the CHEMPARK site, paid access passes are required for the employees who are to carry out this contract on site. This also applies to employees of any subcontractor you may have engaged. Your subcontractors must also be registered before you are permitted to deploy their employees to carry out your contract at CHEMPARK. Through registration and the agreement, we establish the contractual requirements for the issue of the necessary CHEMPARK access passes.
What happens after registration and signing the contract?
- We will notify you as soon as your registration and the agreement are active. As proof of registration, you will receive the company number under which we have registered your company in our system.
- You can then use this company number to immediately apply for access passes for your employees to enter CHEMPARK – and, if necessary, for passes for employees of a subcontractor you have commissioned, provided that the subcontractor is registered.
- Once a month, you will receive a registration list from us by email, listing all active and chargeable CHEMPARK access passes for your employees and – where applicable – also for employees of your subcontractors. This ensures that the deployment situation is always transparent to you.
- The registration list is password-protected: Your “customer number”, which we will include on all future invoices sent to you.
- You will receive the password or customer number in a separate email shortly after receiving your company number. For administrative reasons, it may sometimes take a little longer to assign customer numbers. However, this will not delay access to CHEMPARK.
