This section serves both to publicise the company itself, with the aim of thereby promoting the acquisition of rail freight traffic to and from the CHEMPARK sites, and to comply with the statutory obligations under which the operator CURRENTA is required, pursuant to Section 1, para. (12) of the Railway Regulation Act (ERegG, version of 9 June 2021), the operator CURRENTA must make the conditions of use of its railway infrastructure, within the meaning of Section 1(18) of the Railway Regulation Act (ERegG, version of 9 June 2021), publicly available.
